Summer has arrived!!  Self Care becomes a central theme as we learn again how to be in the sun and take care of ourselves while on holidays.  Our practitioners are here to help you have the best summer possible.  Just a gentle reminder that our visiting practitioner, Jocelyn DeVillers is returning with her practice in ADV-2 N.A.E.T., E.F.T Coaching, Shiatsu Therapy and Reiki.  We also have  our regular Reiki classes and shares.
