Reiki Associates has two shares per month. The first Reiki Share is on April 15th from 7pm to 9pm hosted by Regan Bechamp and Cindy McPherson. The second Reiki Share is on April 19th from 1pm to 3pm hosted by Denise Carpenter.

Late 2024 my practice underwent a mild restructure, and I moved into a fresh, lovely treatment room at lotus Wings! Though I have offered Massage Therapy at this location for 10 years, I now offer more availability and so enjoy the Lotus Wings “vibe”. I have had some welcome feedback from clients and encourage both positive and constructive input from everyone so that I may provide optimal care in this setting.

Spring is a time of renewal and a great time to focus on soft tissue health as we adapt to warmer temperatures and more daylight! The most beneficial activity for musculoskeletal health is movement! Finding an exercise program that is safe, level appropriate and most importantly enjoyable! There are many local exercise classes (some are free!) to choose from. Endless free options on the internet, app programs…. But a regular walk in the sunshine is more than enough. Movement boosts mood and cognition as well. It is a great way to “warm up” for gardening season and to reduce the negative effects of prolonged seated screen time-a health concern for so many desk workers who are once again commuting back to the office.
