I have my First Degree, Second Degree, and Master Practitioner certifications with the Usui Reiki.
Also, I have my First Degree with the Komyo ReikiDo, Shoden level.

Reiki helps with a lot of areas concerning the mind and body. While receiving a session, I concentrate on the physical, emotional and mental aspects of
your entire being. Reiki relaxes you and is calming. Reiki lets you be more open to further healing.
