Flute music and quartz singing bowl resonances creates a stimulating binaural relationship. Calming and deepening the breaths inhale/exhale exchange while listening to the melodic framework of a variety of pentatonic note sequences of the flute in combination with the resonant consonant and dissonant frequency flow of the crystal quartz singing bowls. |

This Reiki Share will follow the format of the successful July share.... social distancing with masks. The share will be a group of 5 or less, sitting in chairs about 6 feet apart. The Share will begin at 7pm with a group meditation that anyone can join. Next, the group will send to one individual at a time from their chair....it will be similar to the receiving person being on a massage table. We will rotate through the group until everyone present has received a session. It will be a slightly different opportunity to experience and practice Reiki. There is no charge for the share, but, you may make a free will offering with proceeds to the Children's Make a Wish Foundation. |

Introductory Vibrational Healing Sessions with Quartz Singing Bowls and Tuning Forks.
Laurie Lynn Clark (Laurielynnclark.com) is hosting half hour introductory sessions for individuals (or couples) at the Lotus Wings Building on the last Wednesday of the month from October to December.
Dates: October 28th, November 25th and December 30th, 2020. Contact Laurie through FB messenger or through her website Laurielynnclark.com to pre-register for a half hour session.
Session time schedule with Laurie:
9 am / 9:45 am / 10:30 am/ 11:15 am / 12 pm/ 1:45 pm. The introductory session fee is $15 per person per half hour.
