A Message for Mother’s Day
As Mother’s Day approaches, let us take a gentle moment to pause and extend our deepest gratitude to the mothers in our lives. Whether it is the mother who raised us, a chosen mother figure who guided us, or the profound maternal energy we cultivate within ourselves and share with others, this is a beautiful time to celebrate that boundless care.

Motherhood, in all its forms, is a journey of giving. Let us hold space for that journey with profound compassion, recognizing the strength and vulnerability it requires. May we return that love with intentional kindness, honoring the hands that have guided us and the hearts that have held us.

As we celebrate these vital connections, let us also send our gratitude down into the soil beneath our feet. We honor Mother Earth, the ultimate nurturer who holds us, sustains us, and provides a grounded foundation for our collective healing and growth. May we walk gently upon her, offering the same compassion, respect, and kindness she so freely and endlessly provides to us all.

What happens when a group of Reiki Practitioners get together over Zoom to beam Reiki energy out into the world? We call it Shuchu!
| Shuchu is a beautiful form of a Reiki Gathering where we pool our collective energy to offer distant sendings to loved ones outside of our circle. All it takes is a photograph of the person receiving the sending, and through Zoom, we create a powerful wave of healing support to send their way. |
| Whether you are looking to practice your skills, connect with our wonderful community, or just spend some time soaking in the good vibes, we would absolutely love to have you join us. |

I have my First Degree, Second Degree and Master Practitioner certifications with the Usui Shiki Ryoho. Also, I have my First Degree with the Komyo ReikiDo, Shoden level.

After a Reiki session, you might feel more intuitive, confident and down to earth.
I discovered crystals back in 2022, when I completed my First Degree with the Usui Shiki
Ryoho. Since then, I have made two crystals grids. One for my Reiki practice and another for my personal life.
