I have my First Degree, Second Degree and Master Practitioner certifications with the Usui Reiki.
Also, I have my First Degree with the Komyo ReikiDo, Shoden level.
In a Reiki session, I focus on the emotional, mental and physical aspects of your entire
being. The Reiki energy flows to your chakras and energizes them. Two of my strongest chakras are the solar plexus and base chakras. Instead of relying on one chakra, all of them have equal importance.

The crown chakra helps with your intelligence and to deliberate.
The third eye chakra helps with your intuition.
The throat chakra lets you communicate effectively.
Your heart chakra brings out your compassion.
