Hello, I am Gwen Hughes, a certified Reiki practitioner, Hypnotherapist, and Akashic Records Reader.
My journey into the world of holistic healing began during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Amid the stress and anxiety of my corporate job, I discovered the transformative power of Reiki at Lotus Wings under the guidance of Denise Carpenter.

The profound stress relief and balance that Reiki brought into my life inspired me to delve deeper. Motivated to share the benefits of this healing technique with others, I completed Level One and Level Two Reiki training courses and began my practice. As my journey continued, I was drawn to the transformative potential of Hypnosis and Akashic Records
Reading. I pursued further training in these areas, adding them to my existing Reiki practice.

Hypnosis has allowed me to help clients tap into their subconscious mind to affect positive change, while Akashic Records Reading has provided profound insights into past, present, and future life events. Today, my mission is to help others find balance, alleviate stress, and promote overall well-being through Reiki, Hypnosis, and Akashic Records Reading. I believe in the power of these practices to transform lives, as they did mine.
