The history and principles of Usui Reiki
Grounding, clearing, and energy awareness
Self-Reiki practices
Hand positions for offering Reiki
How to begin working with Reiki in everyday life
Your Level 1 attunement
Whether you are beginning for personal healing, spiritual growth, or because you feel called to support others, this is a heart-led, supportive, beginner-friendly class where you will be guided step by step.
