Quick skin care tips for fall
-Don’t skip the SPF ( minimum 30). Harmful UV rays still penetrate
cloud cover, glass and shade
-Build up your skin barrier as autumn approaches by using humectant moisturizers like hyaluronic acid and glycerin
-Reduce your frequency of exfoliation (body and face) to 1 or 2 times a week to avoid stripping your skin barrier

Hello! I’m Colton Cullen.
I have my First Degree, Second Degree and Master Practitioner certifications with the Usui
Shiki Ryoho. Also, I have my First Degree with the Komyo ReikiDo, Shoden level.
While in a Reiki session, I concentrate on the emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of
your entire being.
I have a newfound appreciation for my Crown and Throat chakras.
After some soul searching, my emotions are more in balance.
One of my favourite crystals lately is the Lemon Quartz.
