Empowered Empath Workshop – Begins Sept. 13th
Join Moe Rosteius on Saturday, Sept. 13th from 10am–12pm at Lotus Wings for the first session in a new monthly workshop series designed to support Empaths and Highly Sensitive People.
This opening session, “Are You an Empath & What Does That Mean?”, will explore the difference between Empaths and HSPs and how understanding your own energy can bring more clarity, balance, and emotional freedom.
The full 8-part series offers monthly sessions with practical tools and take-home exercises. Future workshops will explore topics like boundaries, emotional overwhelm, energy awareness, and how to reconnect with your inner steadiness.
Cost: $35 per session or $245 for the full 8-class series
