Hello, I am Gwen Hughes, a certified Reiki practitioner,
Hypnotherapist, and Akashic Records Reader.

My name is Gwen Hughes, and I offer hypnosis, Reiki, and Akashic Records Readings for people who are looking to make real, lasting changes in their lives—whether that’s around habits, stress, emotional patterns, or feeling stuck and unsure of the next step.

In my sessions, hypnosis helps you access a calmer, more focused state of awareness. Once you are in this state, change can occur naturally—without force or pressure. Reiki healing energy is gently incorporated during sessions to support relaxation and balance, helping the body and nervous system feel safe while change is taking place. Akashic energy brings insight and perspective, often helping to reveal deeper patterns behind habits or long-standing concerns.

I came to this work through my own experience. I was facing challenges in my life and looking for answers that went deeper than surface solutions. I began with the healing energy of Reiki, which helped me understand the importance of balance and listening to the body. From there, I was drawn to hypnosis as a way to create deeper awareness and lasting change. As these practices came together, I was led to the Akashic Records, adding insight and understanding at a soul level.

I offer hypnosis, Reiki, and Akashic Records readings in person at the Lotus Wings Building or by Zoom, allowing you to choose the setting that feels right for you.

Some of these services naturally overlap and support one another, but sessions are booked individually based on your specific needs. During our time together, we focus on what feels most appropriate for you—without pressure or a one-size-fits-all approach.

I also offer a free phone consultation for hypnosis, so we can talk, ask questions, and see if this work is a good fit—without pressure or obligation.
