If you’ve been curious about Reiki, this is where you start. This is an in-person training where you’ll learn Reiki from the ground up — so you can support your own energy, your body, and your day-to-day life with something real, repeatable, and calming.
We’ll explore:
Reiki foundations + the Usui principles
Self-Reiki (your go-to reset)
Reiki for others (hand positions + flow)
Grounding, clearing, protection + boundaries
Practice time + integration
