An evening for a relaxing meditation, deep healing while listening to beautiful music. Vibrational sound helps to release stuck energies in the body, which aids in letting your mind, body and spirit to deeply relax and heal.

Please bring yoga mat, pillow and blanket, water. Come in the front left glass door, up the stairs to the right.
